CORPORATE SERVICES
We excel in managing major Australian corporate art collections.
You may be relocating and upgrading to new premises, this offers the opportunity to work in collaboration with your architect, and interior designer to respond to clients needs, and interact in a dynamic way to your new fit out and location.
Landmark contemporary art collections are often established during the relocation and upgrade of a corporate tenancy. Our professionally trained team is able to personally service corporate clients. A unique art program can then be developed in response to clients' art needs, budget and interior design.
An on-site presentation of artwork for final approval can be arranged.
Artists are available for site-specific commissions. Artworks direct from artists' studios are often located in reception, boardroom, meeting rooms and open office areas.
We can advise and track art budgets, attend to specific installation requirements, and maintain a follow-up service, meeting any ongoing art needs.
We are also able to assist in coordinating donations under the Cultural Gifts Scheme, which allows our clients tax benefits for donating a piece to an appropriate institution

Claire Mitchell Art Consultancy and Management can provide advice and assistance with hanging artworks. We can also provide professional technicians who can install and hang your artworks.
ART RENTAL
The option of renting artwork allows clients to enjoy fine art for a fraction of the retail purchase price. Renting eases the decision making process when selecting artwork. Each piece can be changed annually. At the end of a rental contract art can be purchased if so desired. The art rental fee may be a tax-deductible business expense.

Rental and purchase of artwork for corporate and domestic spaces. This service often includes using digital imaging to superimpose a proposed piece of art into a space, allowing the client to see how the piece works prior to purchase or rental.
